Advertising & Marketing Policy
Ads are a great way by which a seller can increase sales of their items. At CoinCollectionMarket we are flexible in the way users can advertise: photos, buy external ads, social networks, etc. However if we see an abuse of it that can harm the other users, we will be forced to close the account of the seller.
Fees & Payments Policy
1. Seller Fees
Users who sell items on CoinCollectionMarket may be charged a fee. Normally, if the user has no discount applied, the default fee corresponds to 0% of the value of the items involved in the sale.
All the payments are made, at the moment, through the PayPal platform in the EUROS currency. In the event that the seller has your PayPal account in another currency, PayPal may charge a fee for currency conversion.
The fees that PayPal charges the sellers upon receiving the money in their account are pre-calculated and passed on to the buyer. The final amount that the seller will receive in your account will be postage + (value items - sales commission).
2. Fee Avoidance
Any action by a seller to avoid paying a fee is considered fee avoidance and is strictly prohibited by CoinCollectionMarket. This includes, for example, encouraging buyers to purchase an item outside the platform. The price stated in each listing description must be an accurate representation of the sale.
Buyers and sellers of CoinCollectionMarket should be aware that other countries may have their own trade restrictions and that international laws may prohibit the export or import of certain items. As a member of CoinCollectionMarket you should consult the laws of any jurisdiction when a transaction involves parts nationally and internationally.
Finally, CoinCollectionMarket members should be aware that outside payment processing providers, such as PayPal, could independently control transactions in terms of compliance with sanctions, and may block some of them as part of their own compliance programs. CoinCollectionMarket have no authority or control over the independent decision making of these providers.
The shipments and their prices have been pre-calculated by CoinCollectionMarket with the intention of establishing a uniformity in the prices of the same between the different countries (origin and destination), as well as saving time to fill that information when selling items. In case there is an error in the cost of the shipments, please let us know at email@example.com .
The shipping costs include the cost of shipping plus an extra to cover or help cover expenses related with the envelope and the filling. These costs will be paid by the buyer at the time of purchase.
Sellers are responsible for sending the items sold to buyers to the address specified by them. If you use a shipping or management service, keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible for making sure that your buyers receive the item(s) you have purchased.
From CoinCollectionMarket we recommend sending the items as soon as the payment has been deposited in the PayPal account of the seller. The seller has a period of 10 days to send the items to the buyer. After the deadline, the sale will be marked as not received automatically and the buyer can claim via PayPal the refund of the money. The number of days from receipt of the money to the shipment will be counted towards the seller's reputation and rewards.
Conflict Resolution Policy
From CoinCollectionMarket we recommend that you initiate a conversation between buyer and seller through the internal messaging system to resolve any dispute.
If the dispute is related to the payment of an item through the PayPal platform, it should be resolved through PayPal and its resolution center. CoinCollectionMarket will provide all evidence to both users so that they can resolve the dispute, although it is ultimately PayPal, under their policies, who will resolve the dispute.
